6 ounces Philadilphia cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 package lemon Jello jelled
1 cup water
1 cup whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Graham Cracker Crust
1 stick butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Make graham cracker crust, put in a 8" x 12" glass dish, set aside. Mix 6 ounces of cream cheese to 1 cup sugar. Add 1 package lemon jello that has thicken in 1 cup water (jelled). Add 1 cup whipped Minot or 1 cup of whipping cream, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put into graham cracker crust and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in refrigerator to set. (Use mom's yellow glass dish).
