3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening, cut into flour with a pastry knife
1 T. salt
3/4 c. very cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Mix with water well. Separate into 4 balls. Put flour on countertop and roll out.

Once I am done with the pies(see pumpkin pie and apple pie recipes from Kelly Troxell), I will make cutouts and put cinnamon sugar and bake them until they are bubbly and golden brown; 3256 for 15-20 minutes.
