1 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pumpkin
2 T. butter, melted
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl; add all other ingredients. Coat pie crust with a little egg wash. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º for a metal pan or 325º for glass pan. Bake about 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean and crust is a golden brown. Serve with Cool Whip.
