Ingredients:  
1 large butternut squash, cooked, cooled, and mashed (or 2 boxes frozen squash, cooked)
¾ c. sugar
2 c. milk
½ c. butter, melted
¼ tsp. nutmeg
5 eggs (Eggbeaters are OK)
¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and spices, set aside. Combine beaten eggs and milk, set aside. Melt butter and combine with squash. Add egg and milk mixture, blend. Add flour mixture. Bake in a 9 X 13 pan at 350º, 50 minutes. I sprinkle the top generously with nutmeg and cinnamon before baking.
