1 (15.25oz.) pkg. lemon cake mix
2 lg. eggs
⅓ c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
⅓ c. confectioners' sugar for decoration
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375º.
Pour cake mix into a lg. bowl.
Stir in eggs, oil and lemon extract until well blended.
Working in batches, drop tsp. of dough into confectioners' sugar.
Roll dough in sugar until lightly coated, then place 2 in. apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until bottoms are lightly brown, 6 to 9 min.
