Ingredients:  
3 Peppers (Red - Yellow - Orange) cut in half and sliced.
2 Chicken Breasts cut into inch pieces.
1 Large onion chopped fine.
2 to 3 cloves of garlic minced.

Mix

1/2 cup chicken both.
1/4 cup oyster sauce.
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. suger
1 tsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee chicken in small amount of olive oil with garlic. When lightly browned remove and cook peppers and onion add more oil if needed.

When peppers and onion are cooked tender but not mushy add chicken and sauce, cook until it thickens. You can add more broth if you would like it a little thinner.

Serve with rice (Cooked seperatly)
