16 eggs
1 cucream
2 cups chopped ham
1 cup diced small green pepper
½ diced onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Beat eggs, add cream and continue beating until the mixture is light yellow i color. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour ito a greased 19 x 9 pan and cook for 25n- 30 minutes until center is firm.
Serve warm.

I usually half this recipe and leave the ham out. I serve the ham as desired on the side.

There are options to to this with: I use sour cream or a great salas-preferablly homemade!
