Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter {2 sticks} softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups oats
2 cups, 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla with mixer until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in flour, soda, salt. Stir in oats and mix well. Last stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoon onto un greased cookie sheet. Parchment paper works best for easy cleanup.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on parchment paper to let cool.
