3 large potatoes
4 Tbsps. butter, divided
1 pound chopped meat
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
3 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup water
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, quarter and simmer in salted water until tender. Mash with 3 tablespoons butter and set aside.
2. Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrots, and bouillon-water mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add peas and simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Transfer mixture to casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes. With the tines of a fork, make designs. Melt and drizzle remaining tablespoons of butter over potatoes. Bake casserole 20 to 25 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown.
