1 pkg puff pastry
3 apples (Granny Smith) / sliced thin
2 tbsp sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
Nutmeg / pinch
Lemon zest
Apricot jam
Directions:
Directions:
Roll out puff pastry into 12-14" rectangle. Cut out squares and place on lined baking sheet (looks like maybe 3" squares?). Toss apples, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, zest - places spoonful on pastry. The rest is a guess????
