1 Cup Hellmann's mayonnais
2 tbsp. Dijor mustard
2 tbsp. Vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Lbs. small red potatoes (cooked, peeled and cubed)
1 Cup Celery, sliced
1/2 Cup Green onions,sliced

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar,parsley, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, celery and onions. Cover and chill.

Makes approx. 6 servings.
