1 c. unsalted butter softened to room temp
¾ c. brown sugar
½c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. cake flour
1 ¾ c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Mix cookies as usual, pour in desired add-ins and mix well. Divide dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll into large balls and place on parchment paper lined pans.

Bake for 11-14 minutes, until tops are golden brown.

Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes.

Chocolate-Walnut:
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts

Cowboy:
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. quick oats
¾ c. chopped pecans
¾ c. coconut flakes

Oatmeal Raisin:
1 ½ c. quick oats
2 c. raisins

To make chocolate cookies base reduce flour to 1½ cups and add in ½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder.

For 24 smaller cookies, bake at 400 for 9 minutes.
