Potatoes - Peel and ¼
1 C - Flour
1 C - Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 stick - Butter (you know I only like the real stuff), melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Peel and quarter how ever many potatoes you would like.
Soak in cold water.
Mix flour and parmesan cheese. May need more depending on how many potatoes you have.
Coat potatoes with flour/cheese mix then coat in butter
Pour remaining butter over potatoes. May need more butter depending on how many potatoes you have.
Bake for 1 hour

This is my favorite recipe of my mom's. She makes them perfect every time. I eat them with sour cream but you guys always ate them with ketchup.
