Dressing:

c. sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. finely chopped onion
tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2-3 tsp. poppy seed



Salad:

10 c. romaine lettuce (2 bags)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 apple-chopped
1 pear-chopped
c. dried cranberries (craisins)
-1 c. cashews






Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients and pour desired amount over salad.
