pkg. lime jell-o
pkg. lemon jell-o
c. boiling water
c. cold water
tsp vinegar


c. grated carrots
c. diced celery (optional)
1 heaping T. minced onion
1 c. cottage cheese


c. Miracle Whip
1 T. milk or cream
dash of salt
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jell-os, water and vinegar. Add carrots, celery, onion and cottage cheese to partially set jell-o. Pour into 8 x 8 container to set.
Serve on lettuce leaf with a dollop of the Miracle Whip, cream, salt and sugar.
