1 Can Black beans
1 Can of Black eyed peas
1 Can of white corn
1 Can of Pinto beans
Drain all beans and corn.

dice up:
1/2-1 whole green pepper, yellow pepper and red pepper.
diece uo one small red onion.
dice up 2-3 stalkes of celery.
zest one clove of fresh garlic, or use 1-1 1/2 tbsh. of minced garlic (that is what I used. much easier)

Juice:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat this mixture until sugar melts well and pour over bean and veggir mixture. Toss it well...refrigerate..and the longer the mixture marinates in the juice the better the flaver. I shakethe container a couple times while it's marinating.

Use the scoop type Tostito's for this sala.
