1 bunch Romaine lettuce (can use the romaine in a bag)
1 apple cut in bite-size pieces, do not peel (Braeburn apples are good)
4 oz. Swiss Cheese, shredded
8 oz. cashews

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 T. poppy seed

Mix dressing ahead. NOTE: May only need to use half the dressing, and save the other half in the frig. for next time). Your choice.
Toss. Enjoy!!!
