1 cup crisco
2 cups sugar
8 tbsp hotwater
4 tsp baking soda
2 15oz cans applesauce
2 cups raisens
3 cups walnuts
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp all spice
2 tsp cloves
1 small pineapple
2 cups mixed dried fruit ( NO SUGAR ADDED!)
1 cup coconut
2 cup brandy
5 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*
1. Cream sugar and crisco, and add eggs.
2. Dissolve baking soda into hot water. Add to applesauce, then mix into egg mixture.
3. Add half the brandy and rest of ingredients except flour and mix well.
4. Add flour into batter and mix until fully incorporated.
5. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
6. Bake 2 1/2 hours, turning temperature down to 325* in last hour.
7. Let Cool
8. Pour rest of brandy over top to soak in.

Optional: 1 small Green cherries and 1 cup coconut to decorate the top along with brandy.
