2 1/2 Cups sifted flour
1/2 Tspn salt
1 Cup of butter (2 sticks)
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Unbeaten Egg
I Tspm Almond Extract

Directions:
SIFT TOGETHER...2 1/2 Cups sifted flour and 1/2 Tsp salt

CREAM.........1 Cup of butter (2 sticks). Gradually add
3/4 cup sugar, creaming well.

BLEND IN.......1 Unbeaten egg and 1 tsp almond extract. Beat well.

ADD GRADUALLY..The dry ingredients; Mix thoroughly.

PRESS.....
....A small amount of dough through a cookie press onto un-greased baking sheet.

BAKE at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes.
