Ingredients:
1 C white sugar
1 C powdered sugar
1 C oleo margarine
1 C vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 Eggs
4 C + 4 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add flour last. Chill. Form into small balls. Dip in sugar. Flatten with a glass. Bake in 375-degree oven about 10 minutes. (12 minutes in Colorado)

I dip them in sugar again when I take them out of the oven.

These cookies are crisp and light and kind of messy to eat because the sugar falls off!
They are always a big hit at Christmas time.
