2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
dash of pepper
1 head cauliflower, seperated into bit size pieces
8oz. or 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (I use 8 oz.)
1 pkg frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Cool peas which have been cooked.
3 hours before serving, mix the first 5 ingredients and shake well. Just before serving, combine the balance of the ingredients and toss with the dressing. Serve immediately.
