2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crisco
3 cups rolled oats
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat together Crisco, brown sugar, and eggs.

2) Stir in vanilla and add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in oats.

3) Roll into balls the size of a walnut then roll in powdered sugar and smash with a fork.

4) Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
