1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups (1 lb) chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and brown sugar; beat in egg. Add vanilla and milk. Blend in peanut butter.

2) Combine dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.

3) Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.

4) Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
