3/4 cup neutral oil (avocado, safflower, grapeseed)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup roughly chopped onion

One small head of cabbage (if cheating, use a bag of Cole Slaw Mix)

With an immersion blender, blend everything together. Pour only about a 1/4 to 1/2 of dressing over cabbage.

Store extra in a tightly sealed bowl in the fridge for about a week.
