1 (3.4 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
1 box white cake mix
1 c. 7Up or ginger ale
3 egg whites
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. English walnuts
Optional: Coconut flakes

Whipped Topping
1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding
1/ 1/2 c. milk
2 small or 1 large envelope Dream Whip whipped topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Blend 1 box of pistachio pudding, cake mix, 7Up, egg whites and oil with mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat 1 box of pistachio pudding mix, milk and whipped topping until thick and peaks form. Spread on cake. Sprinkle nuts and optional coconut on top. Keep cake chilled.
