Ingredients: For cookie cup: 2 pkg Martha White Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 large egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract
For the frosting: 1/2 c. butter, softened 2/3 c. baking cocoa powder 3 c. powdered sugar 1/3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:for cookie cup: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 12-cavity muffin tin with cooking spray 2. in a large bowl. combine the muffin mixes, butter, egg and vanilla until well combined. place 2 tbsp. of prepared dough into each muffin tin cavity. 3. Bake 20 to 24 min or until the edges are lightly browned and the dough is cooked through. 4. Immediately remove cookie cups from oven and make an indentation in the center with a shot glass. allow cookies to cool completely
for frosting: 1. In a large bowl, combine all frosting ingredients with an electric mixer until combined. Spread or pipe the frosting into the cookie cups |
