8 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Beat 8 egg yolks for 5 minutes. Slowly fold in 1 cup of sugar. Add cocoa. Cream until smooth.

Beat 8 egg whites until stiff and 1 tablespoon sugar. Fold stiff egg whites and pour into greased and floured (with waxed paper also greased and floured) on cookie sheet, approximately 9x13. Bake for 25 minutes. When done turn sheet onto linen towel and roll up.

When completely cooled, whip the whipping cream, vanilla and powdered sugar. Unroll the roll. Spread the whipped cream over it. Roll it back up, cover with foil and refrigerate.
