Ingredients:	Ingredients: Crust 2 C graham cracker crumbs 1/4 C brown sugar 1 stick melted butter Cheesecake 4-8 oz cream cheese softened 1 C sugar 1 tsp vanilla 4 eggs room temperature 1 C sour cream Topping 2 C sour cream 1/2 C sugar 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven 350º Crust Mix all ingredients and press into bottom of spring form pan and up 1/2” of sides. Cheese cake Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add one egg at a time until each fully mixed. Add sour cream and vanilla. Bake for 50 minutes until center is set. Cool for 5 minutes and make topping. Topping Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour on top of cheesecake starting at the outside edges. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature then set in refrigerator for 6 hours
