4 T unsalted butter
1 C brown sugar
4 oz. can diced jalapenos with juice
2 T stone ground mustard

Combine all ingredients in a pot and reduce to a thick jam, about 10-20 minutes.

Ken loves when I put it on a bison burger (beef or turkey work well too) but build the burger with a brioche bun, havarti cheese, arugula, stone ground mustard, the jalapeno drip jam and a side of potato wedges!
