1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening or butter
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups quick oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 bag chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening and eggs.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in large cookie sheet at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
Less time is better depending on your oven.
