1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
1 Jar Rao's Marinara Sauce
3 Cups of Alfredo Sauce (see my alfredo recipe)
24 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 Pieces of Provolone Cheese
1/2 Bag of Pepperonni
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
16 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 Bag of Spinach
2 Tbs Chopped Basil
2 Tbs Chopped Parsley
2 Tbs Chopped Chives
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
2 Tbs Butter
1 Egg

Directions:

Cook lasagna noodles according to directions until al dente. Strain and set aside to cool.

Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.

Melt your butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 - 2 minutes). Add spinach, parsley, chives and basil and cook down.

Add this mixture to your ricotta along with 1 egg along with Italian seasoning.

Spray a lasagna pan with non-stick spray.1

Layer some Rao's marinara in the bottom of your pan.

Lay 3 layers of noodles in the bottom of your pan.

Add 1/2 of your ricotta mixture to the noodles.

Then layer some pepperoni, provolone and mozzarella, alfredo and marinara sauce. Repeat again with another layer of noodles.

Add a 3rd layer of noodles and top with sauce. Top with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with a light dusting of Italian seasoning.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Take the foil off and cook and additional 15 minutes until the lasagna is nice and bubbly.
