1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat brown sugar, peanut butter and egg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
Shape dough in 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place on lined parchment paper cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Dip fork into flour and press tops of each ball.
Making a crisscross pattern.
Press 3-4 chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
Bake 12 minutes or just till set.
Cool 2 minutes on pan then transfer to wire cooling racks.
