1 loaf frozen Italian bread, thawed
Salami
Pepperoni
Cheese
Drained gardenia

1 beaten egg
corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread according to package directions.

Be sure to flour board or counter before rolling.
Using a rolling pin, roll into approximately 18 x 12 inches.

Spread your choice of meats and cheeses and the drained hot pepper mix completely covering the dough. MUST drain or it will not cook properly.

Roll the dough tightly and pinch the side and ends to create a calzone looking shape.

Brush loaf with a beaten egg and sprinkle with corn meal if you have.

Lightly grease a cooking sheet and bake @ 325 degrees until brown.
