1 ½ cups heavy cream, chilled
50 miniature marshmallows
1 pint fresh ripe strawberries

Directions:
Whip cream until stiff. Fold marshmallows into cream. Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Fold strawberries into mixture immediately before serving. Spread onto a two-layer cake.
