2 ½ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1 cup mashed banana
2½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup nuts

Directions:

Mix flour and spices and set aside.

Mix butter, sugar, egg, and banana. Add baking soda vinegar, chocolate chips, and nuts. Add to dry ingredients.

Drop onto well-greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes in 350º oven.
