1 (12oz) package frozen egg noodles
2 cups coooked chicken, shredded or cubes

1 (32oz) Box Chicken Broth (4 Cups water + 4 Bouillon Cubes or powder)

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
2 (10 3/4oz) cans cream of chicken or celery
Seasoning as desired (basil, oregano, etc.)
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. fine ground pepper

Directions:

1. Cook chicken breasts in the instant pot using normal poultry settings. This takes approx. 20 mins, including pressurizing.
1a. While chicken is cooking, cook egg noodles on the stove per the package directions.

2. Remove chicken and shred. Drain juices from instant pot.
2a. Drain noodles.

3. Add water and bouillon cubes to instant pot. Heat on sear and stir until dissolved.

4. Add frozen vegetables, 2 cans cream of chicken/celery, cooked chicken, cooked noodles, and seasoning to the instant pot.

5. Heat of Slow cooker setting with lid closed for 30 mins.
