3/4 c. flour
1 egg
1 Tbs. honey
1 tsp. peanut butter
1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. oats
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Heat honey and peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients. Dump the dough onto a floured surface. Roll to 1/4-1/2" thickness. Use cookie cutters to form cookies. Place on parchment covered cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes, until they begin to turn golden on the edges.
4. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
