Sift Together
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda

Cookie Mixture
1/2 cup shortening or butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven
Add sifted ingredients to the cookie mixture.
Then wrap in waxed paper and chill about 2 hours or longer.
Roll out 1/2 inch thickness, cut with cookie cutters dipped in flour.
Sprinkle with sugar before baking if you don't ice.
Bake in oven at 425º for 10 minutes
