2 egg yolks
2 tbsp cream or milk
1 tsp grease
Pinch of salt
Pinch of baking powder
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients and add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll thin and cut into strips. Place strips on top of each other with flour sifted between each one so they won’t stick together. Cut into narrow pieces and put in bowl until ready to drop in boiling broth. These can be made the day before and stored in refrigerator until ready to use. Also, freeze nicely.
