1 cup butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 ⅔ cup flour
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp orange juice concentrate
1 cup nuts, finely chopped

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in all remaining ingredients.

Form dough into log, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze overnight.

Remove dough from freezer and cut into thin slices.

Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
