12 eggs
1 lb lard or Crisco
1 lb sugar
3oz baking powder
Flour- all it takes is about 2 ½ pounds
1 ½ pounds sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Melt lard, remove from heat and let cool. Cut sugar into lard. Add eggs, baking powder and flour.

Pinch a small amount of dough, dip in a saucer of milk then dip in a saucer of sesame seeds.

Roll dough between the palms of your hands until it is about 2" long. It can be left straight for baking or formed into a crescent shape.

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until golden.
