Ingredients:  
1 ½ cups confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy using a hand mixer. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Slowly beat in flour and baking soda until well mixed.

Wrap in plastic and chill overnight.

Roll out onto floured surface and cut out.

Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
