4 cups flour
4 cups water
1 tsp baking powder
1 good sized spoon lard
12 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and lard together. Add flour and stir over low heat until dry.

Put outside for a few minutes and then add the 12 eggs, one at a time, fully mixing in by hand.

Fry in oil until golden. Dust with confectioners sugar
