2 Lbs. ground beef or chicken
1 Small package mung bean sprouts
1 Small handful carrots, shredded
5-8 Celery stalks, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Small handful water chestnuts, chopped
1 Small package mushrooms, sliced
10.5 Oz. beef or chicken broth
¾ Cup water

¼ Cup milk
1-2 Tbsp. flour
White or brown rice, cooked
Chinese noodles
Soy sauce

Season and brown beef or chicken; drain fat. Add the next 8 ingredients to the meat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add milk, and flour and simmer again for 15-20 minutes.

In a bowl, lay down the Chinese noodles first, then rice, top with chow mein. Add soy sauce if you like.
