60 -65 ritz crackers
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)
2 pkg. Pistachio Pudding Mix
1 stick of butter or margarine (melted)
3/4 cup sugar
1 small container of cool whip
9 X 13 pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, butter and sugar. Put half of cracker mix in pan set aside. Add dry pistachio pudding to ice cream, mix well. Pour over cracker mixture. Put in freezer to firm up. Spread cool whip over the top of frozen mixture. Sprinkle remaining cracker on top of cool whip. Freeze. Take out about 20 min. before serving .
