Ingredients:
1 box of currents
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
pinch of salt
1/2 stick of margarine
1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions:
Rinse Currents
put in sauce pan, cover with water.
bring to a boil. Let simmer (5min)
Combine brown sugar,cornstarch,and salt.
Add 1/2 stick ofmargarine and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
Mix together cover and let cool.

Make two boxes of Jiffy pie crust following box directions. Rub milk on crust and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, reduce temp to 325
bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Top with whipped cream

1/2 hour
