1 1/2 cups all purpose flour.
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 lb ( 2 sticks ) unsalted better ( Room Temperature )
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
2 extra large eggs
2 tsps vanilla
3 cups of rolled oats
1 1/2 cups raisins (Put in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain)

1) Preheat oven to 350F ~ 175C.
2) In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
3) In bowl of an electric mixer, beat butter, brown and white sugar on edium high speed until light ans fluffy, scraping the bowl down as needed.
4) add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
5) with the moxer on low speed, slowly add flour mixture to the egg mixture. Beat well combined.
6) Add the oats, drain the raisins and stir to combine.
7) drop about 2 inch rounds of dough onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly ith the palm of your hand. These cookie don't spread too much so you only need about 1 1/2 " or so between cookies.
8) Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and set on the outside and still a little gooey on the inside. Remove from the oven allow cookies to set up on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove to a coolimng rack to cook completely.
