1/2 cup shortening
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of sifted flour
4 eggs unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
Add shortening and salt to boiling water and heat until dissolved

Add flour and stir constantly until mixture formed a ball

Remove from heat and add egg one at a time

Mixture will be thick and shiny and breaks from spoon easily

Mold into desired shape either with a cookie scoop or a pastry bag

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes

Cool and then fill with desired filling

Refrigerate
