1 lb. butter
1 ½ cups sugar
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add in flour. Roll cookie dough into a long skinny loaf (approximately 2" x 2 " or 2 ½" x 2 ½"). Wrap loaf in saran wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice into ¼" slices. Bake in 325º oven about 20 minutes until the edges are just slightly brown.
