The recipe is all but feel, looks and taste


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Real Bread Stuffing (bags typically found at bread bakeries - Conshohocken bakery)
1 to 1-1/2 cartons of Low sodium Chicken stock
Butter
Celery
Onion
3-4 1/4" Think slices of Genoa Salami
1/2 Lb. of Prosciutto
Sliced Black Olives
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Dice celery and onion
Cut genoa salami into small cubes
Sautee above ingredients in butter
Add bread stuffing, toss and add chicken broth until "wet" not soggy
Add shredded prosciutto, sliced black olives, parmesan cheese and italian seasoning to taste and toss

Put into 9x13 greased pan cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes
remove foil and bake until top is crispy and golden.

This is all by trial and error until you get the amount of ingredients you want and texture you want.
